I think Nike
is the most successful logo on the four that I picked because everyone where’s
it and it very much liked by everyone
He first one
I picked is very simply and the blue on white is very basic and expected of gap
whereas if they changed it but it would have been something different.
The FedEx colours
do not go together they are very bright colours that do not match also the way
the big writing is not great.

shoes
I decide to make a range of advertising for a shoes packing,
I choose the shoe packing because it is very easy to create a shoe packing as
it is only a shoe box. It will be a bit channelling to create a 30 sec advert.
I will use bright colours to capture he people eyes and since they only will
see the box the box has to catch their eye colours like white, blue or red. My
favourite brand is Nike so this is why I have chosen the name kike for my shoes
brand. Another name I would like for a pair of shoes is crown I have choose
that name because it’s creative. The box will probably be the same shape and
size as a normal she box.

Website
This website is called Nike it sells shoes mainly but it
also sells clothing. The range of colours grabs the attention of anyone that
comes on to the website, the layout of the website. There is no colour scheme,
they have a range of different colours. None of the heading are the same font
or the same size. The different font and size is important because they make it
bold. It is very easy to read naturally font. The images are the most
attractive and eye catching. There is some space, it is important for websites
to have space and for it not to look like there is too much information on the
website. The images on the home page has captions on the top of every picture.
It is very easy to get around the website.
What makes a good websites?
A good website has a vibrant colours which relate to the
website. The colour scheme does not always has to match you can have a
different colours and it can still go well together. The website has to stand
out compared to other websites. A good website has to be easy to read and not
have too much information because it will over flow. Images need captions on it
to explain it. Also you have to be able to get around the website easily.

Visualising
A typical
person who will buy my product is people who like designer shoes. These people
are age range of 12-30 there income might not be that much, some might have
jobs others parents will buy it for them. They are mix male and females are
very aware of the new brand of shoes. They also might be into hip-hop or pop
music .They live at home most likely.
That are
probably going out with these shoes and feel fresh with a new pair of shoes. Shoes
are an important part of teenage life so teenagers usual look at people shoes.
They will wear
these shoes when going out. They are walking carefully and confidently. They are
watching where they walk.
Bright colours
to catch the person eye, the logo has to be attention-grabbing. They are in an urban
place they will be in the city .There are bigger brands which are very know to
the shoes world which they might associate with.

Mood Board
This is my mood board to brain storm and get a feel about
for my audience and what they would like. I put things in there that people who
would buy my shoes would like. Hip hop is a big part of young culture so people
associate it with high brand shoes to feel fresh. I also have celebrities on
there because they also have a large impact of teenagers and people look but to
them and their fashions sense people copy what they wear and follow their
fashion day to day. I also have a couple of shoes up there that I like to wear
and feel that they look nice. People wear shoes to feel like they want to stand
out.

Guinness advert
Target audience
- Lads
- Age range 25-40
- Working class/middle class
- mulit colour
- People that will find the humour in the advert
History
- They have made a lot of humour adverts
- The plot line is always different.
Use of slogan
“Good things come to those who want”
- This means Guinness takes a long time to pour so that’s where the slogan came from because you have to wait for it so it relate to the advert.
Use of humour
- Its use of humour is extreme as the adverts is more about evolution and not about Guinness itself. So you have to fine the humour in it yourself.
Use of visual effects
- This visuals effects is strong on this advert because you laugh and you see the evolution which is kind of crazy.
Colour and Type
This my colour and type test I used colours from my mood
board and only picked four colours. I picked different fronts with different
colours on the fonts. I liked how all of them looked them all match with the
colours but the fonts were hard to choose from because there were so many and
the colours are vibrant and eye catching to someone who wants to buy shoes.
This help me figure out what colours and type go together.

Good and Bad Logo's
The toys-rus logo is bright and colourful as the shop is for
kids so it attractions them and it’s something they cannot miss. The font is different
and bubble.
Apple is very well know so the logo is recognize and it is
simply as it is an apple. It is black with an white background. This
logo is basic and unoriginal the lazy font with blue and the big writing
is not very effective. With a yellow dot on top of the I, blue and yellow do
not complement each other.
Paul rand has designed this for IBM there logo was plain and
simple and he changed the logo to something creative. This puzzle is called
